Refunds
- Once the order is confirmed and the account is offered and activated, We DO NOT offer turned or refund, because of the IPTV account code we cannot sell it.
- Products have 12 months guarantee period in which IPTVSuperior.com replaces or refunds any product damage or disfunction caused by the producer of the product.
- If we are not able to deliver for any reason, we will give a full refund.
- If you received an incorrect product, or if the key code has not been activated, a refund/replacement is possible.
- If the Key code cannot be activated for some unknown reason, contact us within 48 hours from the time of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
- If you experience any difficulties with the product you have purchased contact us first with your problem description accompanied with screenshots or photos made by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to assess the situation. We have technicians on staff that will assist you in getting your software installed and activated. Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare circumstances our support staff cannot solve the problem.

You have to know that there’s no product to ship to your home address we’re selling digital products, you will receive your product via your email that you enter in the checkout page between 4h to 24h.
How to cancel an order?

I accidentally canceled my order can I resume it?
If you’ve canceled your order on site and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email: [email protected] if you have any questions we’re here to help.
I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?
If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at [email protected] (and include your original #order number) and we’ll take a look!
I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?
